概述 Overview
·防爆型電力液壓鼓式制動(dòng)器,廣泛應(yīng)用于有隔爆要求的各種起重運(yùn)輸、皮帶運(yùn)輸、港口裝卸、冶金及建筑機(jī)械中各種機(jī)構(gòu)的減速和停車制動(dòng)。
·YWZ5系列防爆型電力液壓制動(dòng)器的安裝尺寸制動(dòng)力矩參數(shù)符合GB6333-86標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
VERVIEW
·Explosion protected electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensively used for deceleration and stopbraking of various mechanisms in various belt transport,port handling,hoisting, metallurgical andbuilding machinery which have explosion protected requirements.
·The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ5series brakes comply with GB6333-86standard, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.
主要特點(diǎn) Main Feature
·自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償裝置,當(dāng)剎車片磨損時(shí),可自動(dòng)調(diào)整拉桿長(zhǎng)度,保證制動(dòng)器的安全行程,有效防止剎車片的磨損造成制動(dòng)力失效的現(xiàn)象。
·制動(dòng)閘瓦弧面自動(dòng)對(duì)中裝置,制動(dòng)器開閘時(shí)避免制動(dòng)襯墊浮貼制動(dòng)輪表面,自動(dòng)對(duì)中無需人工調(diào)整維護(hù)。
·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置,自動(dòng)調(diào)整兩側(cè)制動(dòng)閘瓦與制動(dòng)輪的間隙,松閘時(shí)保證剎車片弧面與制動(dòng)輪表面完全分離,避免出現(xiàn)剎車片單邊偏磨現(xiàn)象。

OPERATING CONDITION
·Automatic compensation device, when the brake pads are worn, can automatically adjustthe length of the tie rod to ensure the safe travel of the brake, effectively prevent the brakeforce failure caused by the wear of the brake pads.
·Automatic centering device for brake shoe arc surface, avoids brake pad floating on thesurface of brake wheel when brake is opened, and automatic centering does not requiremanual adjustment and maintenance.
·Interlocking equalretraction equalizing device automatically adjusts the clearance.
